Data deletion

You can remove everything CueEditio stores about you at any time. This page explains what we keep and the three ways to delete it.

What CueEditio stores

• Your account email and profile name.
• Video projects you create and media you upload for editing.
• If you connect Instagram: your Instagram username, profile picture, an access token, the Auto DM rules you create, and a log of comments and DMs those rules handled.

Option 1: Delete from your CueEditio account

1. Sign in at cueedit.io.
2. Open Settings → Delete account and data.
3. Confirm. Your account, projects and Instagram connections are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Disconnect Instagram only

1. Sign in and open the Auto DM page.
2. Click the trash icon next to the connected Instagram account.
3. The access token, all Auto DM rules and their message logs for that account are deleted.

Option 3: Remove CueEditio from Instagram

In the Instagram app go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove CueEditio. Instagram notifies us and we delete the stored connection and its data automatically. Meta shows you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
