CueEditio is a browser-based video editing platform that provides AI-assisted editing tools, including multi-track timeline editing, subtitle generation, text-to-speech, and a reel recreation feature. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using CueEditio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the editing service.

You represent and warrant that:

6. AI Features

CueEditio uses artificial intelligence to assist with video editing tasks. AI outputs (such as generated subtitles, edits, and suggestions) are provided as tools to assist your creative process. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Photos). Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The CueEditio platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by CueEditio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CueEditio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.
