Reply to Instagram comments with Claude

Auto-reply tools post the same line under every comment. Claude can read each comment and write a reply that answers it. CueEditio lists only the comments you have not replied to yet, so a second run never double-replies.

One-time setup in Claude

The CueEditio tools that run

How it works

    Add the CueEditio MCP to Claude and connect Instagram.

  2. 2.Say which posts and what tone

    "My last 3 reels, short and friendly, answer questions properly."

  3. 3.Review the drafts

    Claude shows the replies before posting. Edit any, or say go.

  4. 4.Re-run any time

    Already-answered comments are skipped, so a daily run only touches new ones.

In Claude you type the request in a normal chat. Claude asks before every reply, DM or rule, and you can keep a Project with your DM templates so every chat uses the same links.

Limits to know

  • Public replies are capped at 600 per hour per account.
  • Replying needs CueEditio Pro ($6 or ₹459 a month). Listing comments is free.
  • CueEditio replies to top-level comments on your own posts. It cannot comment on other people’s posts.

Questions

No. list_comments marks comments you already replied to (replied_by_me), and Claude asks for unhandled comments only.

Yes. Public replies have no age limit, so you can clear a backlog on reels from months ago. Only DMs are limited to comments from the last 7 days.

Give Claude two or three of your real replies as examples, or keep a short style note in its instructions. It drafts every reply and shows them to you before posting.

No. The CueEditio MCP can read and reply. It has no tool to hide or delete comments.

Custom and directory connectors work on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. On Team and Enterprise an owner may need to allow the connector first.
